Focus and Scope
Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research and innovation in primary (elementary) education. The journal aims to promote high-quality scholarly works that integrate pedagogy, science, technology, and local wisdom to address contemporary educational challenges in the 21st century.
Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education receive articles related to the results of studies and research of lecturers, students, teachers, practitioners and researchers in the field of primary education as well as the results of literature studies in the field of teaching in primary education schools. For research categories, articles can be written using quantitative, qualitative, research and development (R&D) approaches and can be created in a variety of research designs (action research, experiments, correlational, case studies, etc). All articles that are accepted and meet the requirements will be published and freely available (open access) to be read and downloaded by all readers under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
Publication Frequency
Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education published for 2 period a year in May and November. Each year includes 1 volume consisting of 2 numbers. Example: Volume 1 No. 1, May 2026 and Volume 1 No. 2, November 2026.

Peer Review Process
Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education manuscript submission must be sent via ojs . Incoming manuscript and then done peer review or script checked through the online also by expert reviewer. Screening is done with a single Blind Review. The selected manuscript has been approved by a minimum of two expert reviewer. The selected manuscript to be published in this journal is then edited by the editor. This editing includes a plagiarism checking process, layout format, and Grammar checking.
After this process the entire draft of the manuscript is given to the editor of the editor for approval of the issue. After the agreement, proceed to finalize the layout by the executing editor. Manuscript published in the journal are ready to be published. The administration section archives the published journal and notices the author. In the process of checking plagiarism if an article is indicated indicating a plagiarism, then the article is rejected for publication. It was then reported to an expert editor and editor-in-chief.
To an expert editor, will be given back another selection of articles that have been entered for examination and re-election. To the editor of the editor made a notice for subsequent cancellation of articles indicated plagiarism. Internet-based plagiarism checking through plagiarism checker apps.
Open Access Policy
All articles published by the Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education are openly accessible on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. It means: (1) Every reader has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in journal Pendagogia; and (2) Every reader is free to re-use the published article if proper citation of the original publication is given.
Copyright Notice
Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose. The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright publishing of the article shall be assigned/transferred to Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education as Publisher of the journal.
Archiving
This Cilinaya: Journal of Primary Education utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
