Article Processing Charges

Journal of Sustainable Community Empowerment (JSCE) is an open-access journal committed to disseminating high-quality community service and engagement research without financial barriers for readers. To support the sustainability of the journal’s editorial and publishing operations, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to manuscripts only after acceptance.

The APC covers essential publication costs, including manuscript handling, double-blind peer review management, professional copyediting, layout and formatting, online hosting, DOI registration, digital archiving, and long-term maintenance of the journal platform. This policy ensures that all published articles meet international standards of academic quality, transparency, and accessibility.

JSCE upholds ethical publishing practices and guarantees that the APC does not influence the editorial decision-making process. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process based solely on scholarly merit, originality, relevance, and contribution to sustainable community empowerment.
